Johnson Reeves:
Revive South Jersey has been working together with the City of Bridgeton to renovate the Johnson Reeves playground (located on East Avenue and Wood Streets). In early June, the Lowes Home Improvement Store of Millville and R and S Construction tore off and rebuilt the roof of a community building located at the playground. The hope is that this building will be completed and a new playground installed. Once this is ready, we will be able to bring in churches and non-profit organizations to run programs for the families and children in the community and have a base of operations through the community building there.
On June 6, 2014 a group of volunteers helped replace the roof of the club house at the Johnson Reeves Playground.
